Would really appreciate if the all the requirements were made as an option rather than a necessity. It would make the program more flexible for different users and their needs/abilities.

Great point. @andromium devs: Could you possibly create a configuration activity that launches when you click on the app's main icon or notification, which enables you to configure when the Main part of the app launches. So enable the users to choose if they want it to only launch when power is connected or not. Some tablet users may wish to use it as their main UI when a mouse & keyboard is connected but they aren't connected to a secondary display (ie: a 1080p TV or Monitor) via HDMI or Chromecast etc. The configuration activity could also enable you to offer other configuration settings outside of Andromium's main UI to allow the user to configure the app to best suit their individual wants/needs.

I concur, I tested using Chromecast and a bluetooth keyboard (with built in track pad) and it would not start -- I assume because of the lack of a bluetooth/USB mouse.

Hi, it should start with just a keyboard as it did start for me, did you restart your device and did you press cast screen on chromecast app?

Yes sir, restarted phone, charger connected (USB), hit cast screen and it did just that, cast the screen sans Andromium. I'll give it another go, maybe try AC power for good measure.

Phone is Note 3 VZW running custom rom, don't know if that would affect it.

I'm running custom lollipop ROM on both my devices and it seems to be fine. AC power was the issue, thank you! Got it running plugged into the wall. Noticed the same browser issue, other browsers are working though. Going to try out a generic dock tomorrow and see what happens, I'll post if it works.
