I have a chromecast, a oneplus one, and a usb otg wireless keyboard with built in touchpad. Apparently I need my device to be charging to use andromium. That isn't possible without buying bluetooth keyboard and mouse (I already paid $30 for the usb wireless keyboard).

New Andromium OS update has been published to Playstore. Added the ability for users to manually launch Andromium OS through the Notification Bar. Happy testing PS: It might takes a couple hours before the updates are reflected on the Playstore.

Now that's a great update, if I can force launch it does it mean I don't even need a Chromecast? Yep for your Tab S 10.1, you shouldn't need chromecast anymore to running Andromium OS directly on the tablet's display

Yep for your Tab S 10.1, you shouldn't need chromecast anymore to running Andromium OS directly on the tablet's display Thank you! This is awesome! Thought running andromium on a 5.5 inch phone ain't that practicle but it would be better on a tablet. I tried andromium on my nook hd+ and it worked ok. The software keys kept on going on and off but it did work somewhat. Better than I aspected for a beta. So what's next? Will you be adding features? What's the difference between supported app and unsupported? And is andromium os a emulator or just a launcher that mimics a desktop environment and comes with desktop looking android apps?
