I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 US Cellular version. It is an xhdpi device I am using large scaling. As you can see in the screen shot the sub menu is hidden under the task bar. Attachments:

Hi orion116, from what I can tell from the screenshot you posted, the start menu and submenu looks normal. The Andromium App submenu is showing all 4 of the standard currently included apps in the OS.
Try opening the supported apps and untested app sub menu also, see if you are seeing the cut off problem. Also if you haven't notice already, the submenu are scrollable, if there is more items inside the submenu then the entire size of the submenu area.
