Yesterday I installed Andromium OS on my Galaxy Note 4. After the install I tapped on the Andromium Settings and made the appropriate selections. After that the Andromium OS (Beta) icon appeared in the notification window. The Andromium OS opened, the display rotated and the Andromium desktop appeared. I can double click on the app icons and the apps will open so all seems to be good in that regard. However, my phone automatically locks after a minute or so. Once it locks the Andromium notification icon blocks a portion of the key pad which prevents me from entering my pass code properly. The only way I've found to regain access to my phone is to hold the power button until the power off, restart options menu appears. I then select restart and the phone will restart and I can use the phone again. The Andromium OS (Beta) icon appears in the notification window as expected. I assume this is not a desired event to have occur Is it something I'm doing wrong, did I miss a setting or is this a bug in Andromium OS?

Hi Bkahler, this is definitely a bug on our part, our goal is to prevent the phone from automatically going into sleep when Andromium OS is running. We will log this as a bug in our bug tracker, will provide a fix in upcoming updates.
Thank you for reporting that issue to us.
Best,

Hey! It's been working fairly great so far using my galaxy S4 streaming to a Roku stick and bluetooth keyboard & mouse. I came to the forum to point out the same bug.. The main problem is the lock screen wont rotate into landscape to enter to lock code nor let you access the AndroniumOS task bar to close Andronium. I use a third party locker app as well, i'm not sure if that info is relevant. Also, the "windows" mode is awesome and my favorite feature but unfortunately none of the non-andronium apps actually worked as a pop up screens, they all opened as native apps. Not even the supported apps tab apps like email and google drive...not a deal breaker as you can still use the apps and most the time still in landscape it just takes away of some of the feel and functionality of an actual desktop. Anyways keep it up guys! You're really onto something... I'm looking forward to when you guys have all the kinks worked out. I will gladly buy the app immediately whenever the official version is released and continue to test and use the beta for now! You guys Rock!

Hi Alex, thank you for the support and encouragement.
We are currently tracking the lock screen bug. For future releases, we are debating rather to disable the ability to allow the device to go to sleep when running Andromium OS, due to this bug. We are still looking into what is the best user experience in this situation: 1) keep the phone on permanently when running Andromium OS. or 2) Log-out of Andromium Os automatically when phone goes to sleep.
Best,
